RETURN POLICY

**Effective 5/1/2020 and until further notice:  Due to COVID and the hygienic nature of bath and body products, all sales at this time are considered final.
This has become an industry standard in order to help control the spread of COVID. Our usual return policy described below will be reinstated as soon as the spread of COVID is no longer an issue of national and global concern.

At Crowne & Crane, we value each and every customer and want your experience with our products and our customer service to be a good one.

*Due to the hygienic nature of bath and body products, we hope you understand that all sales become final once the seal to the product has been broken and the product opened. In a situation where the product seems defective, please reach out to us through our contact page, so that we might discuss options for the return and replacement of that product or a similar product.

*You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for online credit. Once the product has been returned to us, a coupon code will be generated for you to use in the amount of original purchase less shipping.

*Scent preference is one of those subjective things that varies among users. We make every attempt to describe the scent of a product as accurately as possible, so it is not our policy to accept the return of a product based on scent likability. There may be exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis, and we ask that you contact us should this ever become an issue.  


*If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and send a photo of the shipping box and its contents to info@crowneandcrane.com.
We will then assist in seeking recovery for damages to your products caused by the carrier.

SHIPPING

At the current time we only ship products to addresses in the UNITED STATES via the US Post Office. We may extend our reach to other countries at such time as it becomes feasible to do so. 

Currently, we are offering a $6 flat-rate shipping charge for all purchases, subject to change should the rise in postage costs require us to do so. Free shipping is currently offered with a subtotal (after discounts) of $65.00+ USD for orders being shipped within the continental U.S. only.

When an order is placed, we will do our best to get orders out within 3 business days (M-F) and preferably sooner from the date of purchase. Several of our available items are made to order, so depending on the season and heavy traffic, that time may be extended. We do not guarantee delivery date but will offer tracking, so that you can view your package as it is shipped and in route.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
